You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law. App store purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (such as band profiles, show data, and uploaded files). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely to provide the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
All software, design, logos, text, and other content comprising the Services (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by CGB Music Works, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Stripe, Apple, Google, and venue data providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CGB Music Works, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CGB Music Works, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
